1、固體塊狀氫氧化鉀采用GB/T325.2-2010中的直開(kāi)口鋼桶包裝，其規(guī)格尺寸符合GB/T325.2-2010中規(guī)定，鋼桶厚度符合GB/T325.2-2010中輕型桶的規(guī)定。每桶凈含量為50kg、100kg、150kg和200kg。

2、固體片狀產(chǎn)品采用兩層包裝。內(nèi)包裝采用聚乙烯塑料薄膜袋，外包裝采用聚丙烯涂膜編織袋。每袋凈含量25kg、40kg、50kg。也可采用噸包裝，集裝箱的尺寸和每袋凈含量可根據(jù)用戶(hù)的要求進(jìn)行協(xié)商。包裝時(shí)，內(nèi)層用尼龍繩或其他質(zhì)量相當(dāng)?shù)睦K扎口，外層編織袋用縫包機(jī)縫口，縫口牢固，不得有跳線漏線現(xiàn)象。

2. Solid sheet products are packed in two layers. Polyethylene plastic film bags are used for inner packaging and polypropylene film woven bags are used for outer packaging. 3、固體片狀的氫氧化鉀也可采用雙層包裝。內(nèi)包裝采用聚乙烯塑料薄膜袋，厚度不小于0.1mm;外包裝采用GB/T?325.2-2010中的全開(kāi)口鋼桶中的直開(kāi)口鋼桶包裝，其規(guī)格尺寸符合GB/T325.2-2010中的規(guī)定，鋼桶厚度符合GB/T325.2-2010中輕型桶的規(guī)定。每桶凈含量為50kg或100kg。包裝時(shí)，內(nèi)袋用維尼龍繩或其他質(zhì)量相當(dāng)?shù)睦K扎口，將鐵桶與桶蓋用桶圈固定，保證桶蓋不松動(dòng)，整體牢固。
